Policy
The Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 WAN ("IU13") operates using the autonomous system AS14773. IU13 has a selective but generally open peering policy. Please send peering requests to noc@iu13.org and include your ASN, a link to your PeeringDB page, and some general information about your network.

Technical Requirements
A publicly routable and visible unique ASN
NOC contact that is responsive to incidents and troubleshooting requests
Up-to-date routes in a public IRR database (ARIN or RADb preferred)
Complete and up-to-date PeeringDB entry, including route-set or AS-SET for filtering
Do not establish a static route, a route of last resort, or otherwise send traffic to for a route not announced via BGP
MD5 authentication is not required or preferred
General Terms
This policy operates as a guideline and does not establish any binding obligations for IU13.
IU13 reserves the right to:
modify this peering policy and its terms at any time
terminate peering at any time without notice
accept or decline a peering request for any reason
